In 2016, he formed his own quartet to perform them. Here, he brings together musicians with whom he has developed a strong rapport. Their understanding and interpretation of \u2018time\u2019 \u2013 the pulse that binds them together \u2013 is the key to allowing the music to flow freely and groove. In 2023, he decided to expand the line-up to create richer arrangements. His second album, \u2018Here\u2019, follows on from his work with the quartet (\u2018Now\u2019, released in 2018).
