Level, age and instruments of participant
Jazz au Vert is open to musicians age 16 and above, amateurs and professionals. It is aimed at all those who wish to learn and improve, and is designed for musicians with a specific approach to jazz as well as those who are curious to discover a new harmonic universe. It is, however, ,not recommended for people who are just starting to learn a new instrument.
Participants are required to bring their own musical instrument and amp. We recommend that pianists who own a keyboard bring it along so that they can practise outside the lessons. You should also bring headphones and a stand. We only allow 1 piano or keyboard per class for lessons and ensembles.
